2. Membership Refund Policy
Memberships at Woderfin are designed to be affordable and provide immediate access to premium content.
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is activated
- If a technical error causes duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued after verification
- If access is not provided due to a platform issue, we will resolve it or issue a refund
3. Ebook & Course Purchases
Individual ebooks and courses are digital products delivered instantly.
- No refunds after the content has been accessed or opened
- If you are unable to access purchased content due to a technical issue, our support team will assist
- Refunds may be considered only if the content was never accessed
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your Woderfin membership at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving genuine hardship, technical failure, or accidental transactions, Woderfin may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
